Verra Registry Approval - 7th August 2023

Aton 6 has now had its account with the Verra Registry approved. Verra is one of the few global standard registries for registering carbon offset projects for the voluntary markets. The registry is where carbon credits verified by such standards are stored, exchanged and ultimately retired or offset. Aton 6 is now able to trade credits in its own name which is another step towards revenue generation in 2024.

Dual Fuel Forward Purchase Agreement - 28th June 2023

Aton 6 has entered into a forward purchasing agreement with Dual Fuel Limited.

The agreement relates to the purchasing of carbon credits arising from the DFL business, as referred to above. As part of such agreement A6 will work with DFL to originate, fund, develop, register, and track the carbon credits arising from the DFL Business, in consideration of which A6 and DFL will share in the net sales proceeds as may be agreed between the parties.

It is currently considered that carbon credits available in due course would come under the category of technology-based credits, the value and demand for which are increasing.
